AISC develops a variety of tools for everyday aerospace engineering needs. Their focus areas are flight simulation, aerodynamic prediction and analysis, and performance determination. AISC is assisting ESF by performing spacecraft GNC simulations for lunar landing.

Founded at the dawn of the Space Race in 1958, Florida Tech is the only independent, technological university in the Southeast. The Florida Space Grant Consortium (FSGC) was formed in 1989, when NASA implemented the national Space Grant College and Fellowship Program. It is a voluntary association of seventeen public and private Florida Universities and colleges led by the University of Central Florida (UCF). The Consortium also includes all of Florida's community colleges, as well as the Astronaut Memorial Foundation, Space Florida, Kennedy Space Center. and Orlando Science Center. FSGC supports the expansion and diversification of Florida's space industry through scholarships, providing grants and fellowships to students and educators from Florida's public and private institutes of higher education. FSGC has provided interns and other assistance to ESF and continues to contribute to their projects.
The Florida Space Institute is part of a broad partnership that includes the Florida Institute of Technology, Brevard Community College, Space Florida, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University,Florida A&M, University of Miami, Florida Atlantic University, University of South Florida, andUniversity of Florida. Over the course of 22 years, FSI has conducted research and trained hundreds of students in the mechanics of building satellites, payloads and other space hardware and the science of launching them into space from facilities near the Kennedy Space Center. It also works with NASA’s Florida Space Grant Consortium to provide students from additional state universities access to FSI resources. FSI has provided critical spacecraft test equipment in support of ESF's projects.

RAL Space is based out of the United Kingdom and is part of the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC). RAL Space has a close working relationship with the UK Space Agency and provides a wide range of services. These include but are not limited to research and technology development, space test facilities, instrument and mission design, and studies of science and technology requirements for new missions.
RAL Space is collaborating with ESF to develop the control system for the spacecraft that will deliver their rover to the Moon.

UCF has joined ESF and the their projects to aid in the development and testing of the Lunar Rover. Several faculty and staff members have become involved in the project. Additionally, the UCF Business Incubator has provided office, lab and highbay space to support the project.
